This versatile and easy lettuce bowl/wrap recipe is quick, easy, and refreshing for a low carb meal or app! This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 10 romaine/lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 tsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Add the shredded chicken and Frank’s red hot sauce to a medium mixing bowl and mix until chicken is completely covered in sauce.
- Cut veggies accordingly.
- On each lettuce leaf, scoop Buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion onto the lettuce leaf, sprinkle cheese, and drizzle 1 tsp of Ranch dressing over it.
- Enjoy!
- These can also be served with tortillas or larger pieces of lettuce for wraps.
