This versatile and easy lettuce bowl/wrap recipe is quick, easy, and refreshing for a low carb meal or app! This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 10 romaine/lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 tsp Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Add the shredded chicken and Frank’s red hot sauce to a medium mixing bowl and mix until chicken is completely covered in sauce.
  2. Cut veggies accordingly.
  3. On each lettuce leaf, scoop Buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion onto the lettuce leaf, sprinkle cheese, and drizzle 1 tsp of Ranch dressing over it.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. These can also be served with tortillas or larger pieces of lettuce for wraps.
