This incredibly juicy and delicious chicken is easy to throw in salads, soups, and so many other recipes. This recipe makes 10 servings (one serving = 115g or 4 oz of chicken).

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the Crock-Pot and pour the chicken broth over the top.
  2. Add the garlic and ranch powder evenly across all chicken breasts.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the meat easily shreds with a fork.
  4. OPTIONAL: cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks then return the chicken to the Crock-Pot to absorb the liquid.
  6. Add this shredded chicken to any dish for a delicious and hearty serving of protein.
