This incredibly juicy and delicious chicken is easy to throw in salads, soups, and so many other recipes. This recipe makes 10 servings (one serving = 115g or 4 oz of chicken).
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the Crock-Pot and pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Add the garlic and ranch powder evenly across all chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the meat easily shreds with a fork.
- OPTIONAL: cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks then return the chicken to the Crock-Pot to absorb the liquid.
- Add this shredded chicken to any dish for a delicious and hearty serving of protein.
