This easy bento box meal prep is a crisp & cool lunch idea. This recipe makes one serving (one bento box with pinwheel, fruit, pretzels).

Ingredients

  • 1 Carb Balance tortilla
  • 1 slice deli cheese
  • 3 oz deli turkey
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup pretzels

Instructions

Pinwheel
  1. Lay tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Lay cheese and deli meat to top 2/3 of tortilla (and other optional veggies if you would like).
  3. Roll the tortilla with its contents into one tight pinwheel.
  4. Slice into 4 individual pinwheels.
To Serve
  1. Serve pinwheels bento box style with 1/2 cup of fruit and 1/4 cup of pretzels.
