This easy bento box meal prep is a crisp & cool lunch idea. This recipe makes one serving (one bento box with pinwheel, fruit, pretzels).
Ingredients
- 1 Carb Balance tortilla
- 1 slice deli cheese
- 3 oz deli turkey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup pretzels
Instructions
Pinwheel
- Lay tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
- Lay cheese and deli meat to top 2/3 of tortilla (and other optional veggies if you would like).
- Roll the tortilla with its contents into one tight pinwheel.
- Slice into 4 individual pinwheels.
To Serve
- Serve pinwheels bento box style with 1/2 cup of fruit and 1/4 cup of pretzels.
