This delicious BBQ chicken wrap recipe can be served hot or cold. This recipe makes 8 wraps (one serving = one wrap).

Ingredients

  • 8 Carb Balance tortillas
  • 1.5 lb shredded chicken
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 12 oz sugar free BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken and shred accordingly (see Basics section for Crock Pot shredded chicken recipe or use a rotisserie chicken).
  2. Lay tortilla on a clean, flat surface, and in the middle of the wrap, layer with chicken, red onion, cheese, and BBQ sauce.
  3. Fold all four sides of the tortilla into each other for a solid wrap.
  4. These wraps can be served cold or warmed through via microwave, air fryer, or stovetop skillet.

Notes

Feel free to add lettuce, tomato or other toppings to your chicken wraps and add a side of fruit or veggies for a delicious and nutritious meal that is quick and easy!
