This extremely refreshing breakfast is an excellent way to get protein and fruit first thing in the morning!This recipe makes one serving (one bowl).
Ingredients
- 5 oz nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 oz granola
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 3 oz blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add yogurt to a bowl and thoroughly mix in protein.
- Top with granola, blueberries, chia seeds, OR swap for other delicious toppings (e.g. berries, peanut butter, honey, jam). For a lower carb option, remove granola.
- Serve immediately.
