This extremely refreshing breakfast is an excellent way to get protein and fruit first thing in the morning!This recipe makes one serving (one bowl).

Ingredients

  • 5 oz nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz granola
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 3 oz blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl and thoroughly mix in protein.
  2. Top with granola, blueberries, chia seeds, OR swap for other delicious toppings (e.g. berries, peanut butter, honey, jam). For a lower carb option, remove granola.
  3. Serve immediately.
