Ingredients
- 3 TB Nori Komi Furikake
- 2 TB Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup white rice (leftover rice is best)
Instructions
- Reheat leftover rice in microwave (until it is steaming HOT).
- Crack egg over hot rice and whisk vigorously until egg and rice are thoroughly mixed (the heat from the rice will cook the eggs).
- Add soy sauce and Furikake.
- Stir again and enjoy!
