Have any leftover rice sitting around? This delicious and easy Asian-inspired breakfast is an excellent way to start your day. This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 TB Nori Komi Furikake
  • 2 TB Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup white rice (leftover rice is best)

Instructions

  1. Reheat leftover rice in microwave (until it is steaming HOT).
  2. Crack egg over hot rice and whisk vigorously until egg and rice are thoroughly mixed (the heat from the rice will cook the eggs).
  3. Add soy sauce and Furikake.
  4. Stir again and enjoy!
