French Toast Bake

This sweet and tasty meal is easy to prep and high in protein.This dish can be prepped and served in individual Glass Pyrex meal prep containers or in one medium oven-safe casserole dish.This recipe makes four servings (One meal prep container per serving or 1/4 of casserole).

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Dave’s Killer bread
  • 3 cup egg whites
  • 8 oz Fairlife Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

To prep in individual oven-safe meal prep containers:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray all glass containers with cooking spray.
  3. Cut bread slices into cubes and add 2 slices to each container.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, Fairlife protein shake, and cinnamon.
  5. Divide mixture among each container.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Let dishes cool completely before sealing and refrigerating.
  9. When reheating, add any additional toppings (pecans, chocolate chips, sugar free maple syrup), after reheat.

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray oven-safe casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cube all bread slices and add to dish.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites,
  5. Fairlife protein shake, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour mixture over cubed bread.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 3-4 minutes, add any additional toppings (pecans, chocolate chips, sugar free maple syrup), and serve!
