This is an absolute favorite and so quick and easy to make for a breakfast sweet treat! This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Fairlife skim milk
- 2 TB non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and pour into a small airtight container. Note: If making in a mason jar, add ingredients directly into the jar, put on the lid, and shake vigorously.
- Let the oats sit in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight, for the best taste and texture.
- Stir before eating.
