This is an absolute favorite and so quick and easy to make for a breakfast sweet treat! This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife skim milk
  • 2 TB non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 TB brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and pour into a small airtight container. Note: If making in a mason jar, add ingredients directly into the jar, put on the lid, and shake vigorously.
  2. Let the oats sit in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight, for the best taste and texture.
  3. Stir before eating.
