This Starbucks copy cat recipe is a versatile breakfast idea and quick to prep! This recipe makes one serving (one serving = one bento box).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 English muffin (whole wheat)
  • 1 TB peanut butter
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In one bento box, add two hard boiled eggs sprinkled with salt and pepper, 1/2 cup blueberries, and a toasted English muffin topped with peanut butter or almond butter.

Notes

This is a very quick and very filling breakfast option!
