This Starbucks copy cat recipe is a versatile breakfast idea and quick to prep! This recipe makes one serving (one serving = one bento box).
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 English muffin (whole wheat)
- 1 TB peanut butter
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In one bento box, add two hard boiled eggs sprinkled with salt and pepper, 1/2 cup blueberries, and a toasted English muffin topped with peanut butter or almond butter.
Notes
This is a very quick and very filling breakfast option!
