Air Fryer Broccoli

This take on a game day favorite snack is just as flavorful while boasting lower calories and higher protein! This recipe makes 4 servings (one serving = 3 oz. bowl of broccoli).
Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Place seasoned broccoli in air fryer basket in one even and flat layer.
- Place in air fryer and cook at 350F for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, increase air fryer temperature to 400F.
- Cook broccoli at 400F for 2-3 minutes or until florets are crispy on edges.
- Remove broccoli from air fryer, garnish with grated parmesan if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
I recommend having fun with different seasonings for air fryer veggies (my personal favorite for Air Fryer Broccoli is Trader Joe’s Citrus Garlic Seasoning).
