- 1 TB lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
- 8 oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp dill, dried
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp chives, dried
- 3 TB water
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt one spoonful at a time until mixed thoroughly.
- Slowly add lemon juice and water while mixing until you reach your desired consistency.
Notes
Don’t have all the spices on hand? Try a grocery store ranch dressing spice packet.
Want to change the creaminess? Try 4 oz of nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 oz of light sour cream and 2 oz of light mayo.
