Ingredients

  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
  • 8 oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp dill, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp chives, dried
  • 3 TB water

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt one spoonful at a time until mixed thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add lemon juice and water while mixing until you reach your desired consistency.

Notes

Don’t have all the spices on hand? Try a grocery store ranch dressing spice packet.

Want to change the creaminess? Try 4 oz of nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 oz of light sour cream and 2 oz of light mayo.
