These delicious no-bake protein balls are an excellent pre or post-workout, afternoon snack, or post-dinner treat! These protein balls are full of protein and easy to prep! This recipe makes 15 protein balls (one serving = one protein ball).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sugar free raisins

Instructions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients (except oatmeal and raisins) together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add wet ingredients while mixing until you reach desired consistency.
  3. Once combined, fold in the raisins until mixed in thoroughly.
  4. Next, fold in the oatmeal until mixed in thoroughly.
  5. Roll into a smooth ball (about a tablespoon of dough each).
  6. Repeat until all the dough is used.
  7. Roll into 15 balls and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
