These delicious no-bake protein balls are an excellent pre or post-workout, afternoon snack, or post-dinner treat! These protein balls are full of protein and easy to prep! This recipe makes 15 protein balls (one serving = one protein ball).
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sugar free raisins
Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients (except oatmeal and raisins) together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Slowly add wet ingredients while mixing until you reach desired consistency.
- Once combined, fold in the raisins until mixed in thoroughly.
- Next, fold in the oatmeal until mixed in thoroughly.
- Roll into a smooth ball (about a tablespoon of dough each).
- Repeat until all the dough is used.
- Roll into 15 balls and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
