These delicious no-bake protein balls are an excellent pre or post-workout, afternoon snack, or post-dinner treat! These protein balls are full of protein and easy to prep! This recipe makes 15 protein balls (one serving = one protein ball).

Ingredients

  • 1 TB PB fit peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
  • 4 TB sprinkles
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients (except sprinkles) together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add wet ingredients while mixing until you reach desired consistency.
  3. Once combined, fold in the sprinkles until mixed in evenly.
  4. Roll into a smooth ball (about a tablespoon of dough each).
  5. Repeat until all the dough is used.
  6. Roll into 15 balls and freeze for 1 hour before serving.

OPTIONAL: Flour options: all purpose, oat, or almond
