There are few recipes that are quicker and easier than this one for a ton of flavor! This recipe makes one crunch wrap (one serving = one crunch wrap).
Ingredients
- 1 Joseph’s low carb Lavash wrap (Oat & Flax flavor)
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken
- 1 slice pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 a large tomato, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Red onion, sliced
- 1⁄ 4 cup arugula
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro Lime dressing
Instructions
- On a clean, flat srugace, lay out a flat Lavash wrap and layer chicken, tomatoes, onion, arugula, avocado and a drizzle of the sauce right in the middle.
- Starting on one side, pull one corner of the wrap into the center and then move clockwise with five folds to create a make-shift pentagon.
- Spray a hot pan and grill the seam-side first to keep the structure together.
- Spray the uncooked side with cooking spray and then flip and cook until browned, hot, and melty inside.
- Drizzle with or dip in more cilantro lime dressing or salsa if you'd like!
