There are few recipes that are quicker and easier than this one for a ton of flavor! This recipe makes one crunch wrap (one serving = one crunch wrap).

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s low carb Lavash wrap (Oat & Flax flavor)
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 a large tomato, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Red onion, sliced
  • 1⁄ 4 cup arugula
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro Lime dressing

Instructions

  1. On a clean, flat srugace, lay out a flat Lavash wrap and layer chicken, tomatoes, onion, arugula, avocado and a drizzle of the sauce right in the middle.
  2. Starting on one side, pull one corner of the wrap into the center and then move clockwise with five folds to create a make-shift pentagon.
  3. Spray a hot pan and grill the seam-side first to keep the structure together.
  4. Spray the uncooked side with cooking spray and then flip and cook until browned, hot, and melty inside.
  5. Drizzle with or dip in more cilantro lime dressing or salsa if you'd like!
