These cinnamon rolls are low carb and incredibly easy and sweet! This recipe makes twelve servings (one serving = one cinnamon roll).

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavish Bread flatbread (oat & flaxseed)
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix butter, sweetener, protein powder, cinnamon and salt into a thick paste and spread over the Lavish bread.
  2. Roll the bread, cut the roll into 12 spirals.
  3. Place in a baking pan and bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes.
  4. OPTIONAL: Whisk 1 tbsp sweetener (recommend powdered sugar), 1 tbsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup milk for icing to top cinnamon rolls.
