This take on a game day favorite snack is just as flavorful while boasting lower calories and higher protein! This recipe makes 6 servings (one serving = 115g or 4 oz scoop)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup Frank's hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 green onions, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, half of the shredded cheese and hot sauce and thoroughly mix together.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 oven safe casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Optional - garnish with diced green onions and drizzle with ranch and/or hot sauce.
To Serve
  1. Scoop 1/3 cup of buffalo chicken dip and pair with crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies!
