This take on a game day favorite snack is just as flavorful while boasting lower calories and higher protein! This recipe makes 6 servings (one serving = 115g or 4 oz scoop)
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup Frank's hot sauce
- 1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 green onions, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, half of the shredded cheese and hot sauce and thoroughly mix together.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 oven safe casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Optional - garnish with diced green onions and drizzle with ranch and/or hot sauce.
To Serve
- Scoop 1/3 cup of buffalo chicken dip and pair with crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies!
