Craving something cold & sweet? Try an easy to prep berry yogurt bite! This recipe makes 12 yogurt bites (one serving = one bite).

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fat-free low-sugar strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz diced strawberries
  • 10 oz. Ghirardelli dark chocolate flavored melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Add Greek yogurt and diced strawberries to a medium mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Scoop 12 teaspoon size onto a flat piece of parchment paper or into a clean ice cube tray.
  3. Freeze 2 hours (minimum).
  4. Once the yogurt bites have frozen thoroughly (solid form), melt the chocolate per package instructions and dip each yogurt bite into the melting chocolate.
  5. Let the yogurt bites solidify (~5 minutes) and enjoy!

Notes

Strawberries can be SWAPPED for any other berry/fruit.

Choose any flavor of Greek yogurt for even more variety.

Feel free to mix up the melting dip (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, white chocolate, etc.).
