These delicious brownies have an excellent texture and are packed with protein and sweetness!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or Turbinado sugar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 TB cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine 1 cup chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Melt in the microwave using 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals, until fully melted.
- Meanwhile, add the eggs and Turbinado sugar to a bowl.
- Mix in the vanilla and the melted chocolate.
- Add in the remaining ingredients (except the remaining chocolate chips) and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Add the batter to the baking pan and bake for 21-26 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have chocolate protein powder, use 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder with 1 TB chocolate PBfit.
