These delicious brownies have an excellent texture and are packed with protein and sweetness!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine 1 cup chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.
  3. Melt in the microwave using 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals, until fully melted.
  4. Meanwhile, add the eggs and Turbinado sugar to a bowl.
  5. Mix in the vanilla and the melted chocolate.
  6. Add in the remaining ingredients (except the remaining chocolate chips) and mix thoroughly.
  7. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
  8. Add the batter to the baking pan and bake for 21-26 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have chocolate protein powder, use 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder with 1 TB chocolate PBfit.
